Esha Low Key

Low Key, High Key, they are terms that don’t have a particular relevance or meaning to many clients. But for a photographer, they are images that can create atmosphere, beauty, drama and life.

I want to be able to not only capture these tones for my own pleasure, but I know there are some absolutely beautiful effects that can really highlight a model for portrait photography. Continue Reading

Working away behind the scenes

Hi everyone, with all the recipes popping up on my blog you would think I am offering a bid to chef of the year!!

I enjoy cooking usually at weekends, and have decided to post up some on the recipes that I feel are worth the effort to cook. Yes you guessed it you don’t get to see the ones that go wrong!! lol

Any way, yes I have been working away behind the scenes as getting the web site completed.

I am also finally working on a sample wedding story book. As we all know money is not in a bountiful supply these days and so every aspect of our lives needs planning and thoughtful decisions.

I have been very grateful to all who have phoned me, booked me and then fully accepted that there was not a great deal for them to see as far as hard albums are concerned. It has been my goal to attempt to get equipment that I can use better to give a better quality of image rather than fill the house with album after album of material which I myself am not even happy with.

I take the photography personal. It has to please me and it has to be the best I can possibly do along my journey of learning and discovery of the art of photography.

But I feel that having one sample story book will help to highlight my work and hopefully encourage clients to see the style and beauty of these albums.

So over the next few weeks I hope to have it complete and available on show, for any to see.

Take care and thank you all for your continued support and kind words about us.

Lemon_coriander_chicken-2

This is another Low G-L recipe from Patrick Holford.

Cooking en papillote (essentially, steaming the food in its own juices in a parcel of baking parchment) is a very gentle way if cooking and preserves the flavours.
It is a very simple and cheap recipe yet it feels fresh and light on the tongue, with a beautiful light flavour. Continue Reading
